Acknowledge the Wrong-doing

It is easy to do wrong things, but acknowledging the wrong-doing is not easy.

Normally, people point at others when faults arise, since admitting the wrong-doings are rare. If people acknowledge their faults and change for the better, then this world will become a better place in which to live.

Ask and Understand

If one does not understand, then ask!

"ASKING" will result in "UNDERSTANDING".

Literally translates the above Chinese proverb is:-

Big question, Big understanding!
Small question, small understanding!
No question, no understanding!

Cause and Effect

Cause - Plant tomatoes from seed
Effect - Will have tomatoes to eat few months later

Cause - Excessive smoking and drinking
Effect - Damage to lungs, liver & health

Cause - Eating unhealthy food
Effect - Sickness

Cause - Hard work
Effect - Better return

Cause - Committing a crime
Effect - Expecting punishment

One creates all the causes; effects can be either good or bad.

Changeable

Nothing last forever - because everything is changeable.

Contentment

Contentment will definitely bring happiness.

Forgive

To forgive is better to tolerate.

Frog in the well

Imagine the limited size of the sky that the frog lives in the well can see.

Why not jump out and see the bigger sky?

In another word:
More learning and traveling will definitely help to open our mind and eyes.

Good Day

There is a saying: "every day is a good day, every year is a good year!"

One should understand that problems, obstacles and ups & downs are all just part of the human life cycle everyone must experience. Whenever problems and obstacles arise, we should try our very best to sort out any difficulties, accept this is part of the path in our life and all our worries should disappear without trace.

Then why worry! Certainly, not all the roads are dead-ends.

If we could treat each day as a good day and each year as a good year, then our life will be become more meaningful and happier no matter what happens.

Remember "Rainbow and blue sky are always come after heavy rain"!

Good Deed

There is no "small or big" Good Deed, just do it without hesitation.

A Bad Deed is "bad deed" no matter how "small or big". Why do it?

Happiness Formula

DESIRES FULFILLED
HAPPINESS = ----------------------
DESIRES ENTERTAINED

Here is a formula for Happiness:

Clearly, the less desires one has the greater the proportion of those ENTERTAINED that will be FULFILLED and the greater the HAPPINESS quotient. The other implication of the formula is that if one can have no desires, then one is infinitely happy; the Buddhist call this state "Nirvana"; the Taoist call this finding the "Tao", returning to the great void.

Hard Work

Hard work will bring rewards.

Anger & frustration will damage your health.
